H1N1
Vaccinations

Vaccinations against H1N1 virus (Swine Flu) will be offered free of charge to students and employees in the St. Tammany Parish Public School System on five Saturdays in December and January.

Please do not return your consent form to Lake Harbor. Take it with you for the vaccination.

Schedule:

December 5 at Fontainebleau Junior High School December 12 at Northshore High School
January 9 at Covington High School
January 16 at Fontainebleau High School, and on
January 23 at Pearl River High School.

The nasal spray vaccine and shots will be given between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. on those days.
