This Week's Assignments:

Math: This week we will begin ordering and comparing fractions.

Spelling: This week's words will be from Hurricanes. You will have a dictation test Thursday.

Language: We will continue our study of pronouns. This week we will concentrate on possessive pronouns and using I and me correctly.

Reading: This week we will read, Hurricanes. You will have a comprehension test Thursday and a skills test Friday. Don't forget to study vocabulary. The skills are multi-meaning words and analyzing text structure.

Science: We will continue body systems. You will be creating a life-size model of your body systems. Class work, effort, and participation will be assessed. Quiz over respiratory, digestive and excretory systems Friday.

Social Studies: We will begin English colonization.
