Tentative Schedule

17-21
Spelling (Bergeron)-
Unit 16-Spelling pre-test on Monday & Spelling test on Thursday.
All bookwork is due on Friday. Be sure to correct your pretest
and have this on top of all of your bookwork. (Proper headings
and page numbers must be on each page and in correct order)
English (Bergeron)- We are back in our textbooks this week!
This week we will focus on learning how to write the Abstract
(introduction) and conclusion of the SS Fair Papers. We will begin
a unit on nouns (p. 74) Test on Fri. on Common and Proper Nouns.
Reading (Bergeron)- We will take our test on chapters 9-12
on Thurs. We did not get to this last week due to the writing
project that we were working on. We will begin reading the final
part of the novel on Friday.
Math (Cruthirds)- We will have our Bits & Pieces I
Performance Task this Monday and Tuesday. We will begin measurement
(customary and metric) this week. We will work out of the Red
text. We will test next week.
Science (Cruthirds)- We'll wrap up Unit E, Ch 3, Less 1:
Energy. Test on Thursday. Parent signature=5pts:
Social Studies (Cruthirds)- We'll complete our studies
on Ch 6: Early Civilizations in the Americas. Test on Wed. Students
#26-30 have Current Events due this Friday. No more current events
after this week until January 2009:
Social Studies (Bergeron)- Chapter 3, Les 3 test on Friday.
Weekly Readers this week: Current Events. (Will be graded) .
