Introduction
On this Web Quest you are going to be sent on three tasks to find answers to questions about our topic. See if you can guess what it is. Here are some hints:
  • They live in water.
  • They are a hiding place for smaller fish.
  • They live close to the ocean floor.

If you guessed plants in the ocean, then you are correct.

On our website you can also play games to test your skills about plants in the ocean.

Tasks

You will complete any or all three of the tasks listed below. Directions for each task, along with the criteria for each task, are listed below in the Process section.

  1. Write a report on the Coral Reef

  2. Answer questions using the resources (websites provided).

  3. Draw and label a diagram of Kelp.

Process

Task 1: Write a report on coral reefs and plant life using our resources. You must:

Write three paragraphs.
At least four sentences per paragrap.
Write at least 150 words.
Have correct spelling and grammar.
