Activities:
READING
- This week we will read "The Golden Mare,
the Firebird & the Magic Ring", pgs.
643-659. We will review the Comprehension Skill
of Sequencing this week.
MATH - We will begin Adding & Subtracting
Fractions with Like Denominators and then start
Least Common Multiples.
LANG. ARTS - We will review and take the test
over Adjectives on Thursday.
SCIENCE - We finish up Ch. 2 - Classifying Living
Things with a test on Friday! The students will
make their flashcards on Wednesday.
SOC. STUDIES - Unit 4 - The American Revolution
begins with Ch. 8 - The Road to War. We will read
in Lesson 1 about Trouble over Taxes.
SPELLING - Unit 31 words 3 times each in ABC order,
WB pgs. 163 & 164 and the crossword and word
search will all be due on Thursday. The Multiple
Choice test will be on Thursday with the regular
written test on Friday. The students will, also
take the Unit 30 Review Quiz sometime this week,
over the last 5 units.
